Cherokee Trail Elementary students participated in a Read Your Way to the Big Game challenge during the first three weeks of November. Students who participated logged their books and minutes spent reading at home on a colorful gameday sheet. All students who turned in their logs made a prediction of who would win the Clemson-Carolina game that was held this past Saturday. The students who chose Clemson as the winner were entered into a drawing for a $100 gift card sponsored by the CTE PTO. Kindergartener Marcellus Turner was the lucky winner of this incentive prize.
