On Friday, October 22, 2021, Dixie's dual-enrollment Teacher Cadet class attended Teacher Cadet Day hosted by Erskine College's Education Department. The cadets listened to a motivational speaker, who encouraged them to set goals for themselves and to pursue their passions, hopefully in teaching. Then the cadets attended several break-out sessions taught by Education Professors. They finished the day with library orientation, a campus tour, and lunch in the dining hall.
